I hope you can help. I sent an email to support however have not heard back.. From my experience they are usually pretty quick, or reply in a couple hours.
I was age verified however my ID was expired, so they advised to upload new ID otherwise it will become unverified past the expiration date. It eventually became non verified as I was still waiting for my new ID to come in.
I finally got new ID, uploaded it, and it appears to autobanned me right after. This happened before the first time i uploaded ID but they unbanned and verified me after emailing them.
Based on other threads I see here, I really hope they do not ignore my email.
