One of my accounts was banned because of a mistake I made.
About 2.5 months ago I got a warning when I entered CB that stated (in not a very friendly way) that I had uploaded pictures of minors which was expressly forbidden. I was immediately angered because the warning seemed to be insinuating that I was some sort of pedophile and I didn't upload any images of minors. About a week later I got another, even nastier, warning. Again, I didn't upload any images of minors.
And then a week after that 2nd warning it hit me, I was wrong. While chatting with a model, she asked to see what I looked like when I was younger and I uploaded a picture, and also in it, were my twin sons when they were about 6 years old. It never occurred to me that that picture would be flagged. OK, duly noted, I'll make sure not to upload that picture again, apologies.
And then on the 23rd of December, while speaking with a model, she wanted to see what I looked like without my beard. I went to choose a picture by name (the directory was set to details, not icons), and I selected the wrong image and pressed enter before I realized which image I selected. Needless to say, it was the same image. I immediately removed it from the "image ribbon" below the text and in all caps told the model to "not open the picture", "don't click on the image" (I have no idea if this would have made a difference), but she did anyway.

A few days later, "account banned." I emailed support and have not received a reply now a month later. On top of that, I decided to try to use a tertiary account I created 9 months ago and hadn't used in 8 months. I enabled 2fa, added tokens, and ACCOUNT BANNED. What?

And to add to that further, my main account is no longer allowed to tip. I have emailed support on all 3 of these issues and received no reply at all.
Being that 2 of these accounts have been in the top 10 donators on CB for at least 6 months now, I would think that would afford me a little expediency when dealing with support, but I guess not.

I'd just like the ability to argue my case and get some sort of reply from support.
