Banned Account

Hello, my account was banned 12/26/24, that's 17 days ago. I instantly sent a ticket to support and patiently waited but haven't heard anything since then, just the first step before actually opening a ticket giving me the regular automated response from CB.

I would like to know what happened and if I could get my account back. I've been quite careful of the TOS and haven't had almost any admin warning or anything in about a year (I've been streaming for a bit more than 2 years on Chaturbate).

Could you @punker barbie please check on this? It would be great if I could get any info and help with my account. I'm very sorry if there was some misunderstanding or anything. Thanks!

They weren't specific, just said there was an "alert" on my account, not sure what was it. I attached the response.
