I received a message from the mail asking me to confirm that I understood the rules, then my account monica_tamayo will be unblocked, I replied to the support email that I understood everything, now I am still waiting for my account to be unblocked, can you tell me how long will it take?

Hi punker barbie i just now had my account banned by Chaturbate and i didng even realize i broke the TOS, i emailed a couple times as im very upset and ive been a great model for almlst 2 years with chaturbate. A member who was 18 was talking about stupidly inappropriate things via roleplay, and i foolishly didnt immediately ban her. I made a mistske but would truly appreciate a pardon so i can stream once again. This is upsetting because i really rely on this site for money and am an honest guy. I only want to do good work.
