Banned account, please help!

Hi @punker barbie I am Xen. Xen1000 at Chaturbate. I was banned from Chaturbate and didnt get any help since Support won’t respond to me. I beg for help. This is my only job at the moment, please.

A dude came on and brought up underage to me - I replied that I would not engage in sexual games with him until he turned 18, then he start to send me pictures and tokens, i respond to them dryly thinking that is FaceApp or something. And i think that if he can buy tokens for an account, that he is 18+.

I wanted to report his actions to support - but I ended up in the ban after my broadcast.

Please help me.

Recently, we received a report about someone engaging in prohibited underage roleplay. This individual was immediately banned from the Chaturbate platform. In reviewing this individual’s account, everyone who this individual attempted to engage with was suspended pending review. In reviewing your interactions, it was found that you expressed interest in their prohibited offer. As a result, in accordance with our zero-tolerance policy with respect to minors, your account was terminated and you were permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform. The tokens in your account have been issued as a final payment. Any accounts accessed in violation of this permanent ban will be subject to termination without warning and all associated amounts deemed forfeit.

Also, if you move on to any other adult sites, note that this is NOT the proper reply to such things. Immediately ban and ignore anyone who claims to be under 18, and report them to the site. The fact you continued to talk to them is why you’re banned.

I could of course ask why you didn't make a report right away and block this person.

But I'm more interested in how this person got onto the site in the first place if he really is a minor.

Hi, simply because i was busy talking and doin stuff for other members in my room who send tokens ;-) I said him about his age, that i don’t interested in our dialogue, but then he start to send me pictures and stuff…i know it’s my fault that i didn’t block him immediately, but i wanna do my show first and then block and send Chaturbate a report about his actions, but sadly they block me first..I think its an adult who have these ugly fantasies and pictures, support tell me i am not the only one person who involved in this.

Believe me, you are not the only one. The topic of "minors" is now too loudly discussed, and participants often receive, among other things, false accusations about it.

While your message that "you're not interested" could serve as evidence, it seems like they don't care.

There are cases when someone writes that he is under 18, and the models do not have time to react correctly and get blocked. You are lucky that you were given your money, many are subject to confiscation of funds.

But in any case, I think that this approach is wrong. If this person is looking for such content and you refused it, you should not suffer. It should be subject to blocking, that's fine, but what does that have to do with you?

Since this is my income, and chatterbait DOESN'T PAY ME for these Reports. And I would also get blocked and similar charges, simply because I did not submit the report on time

100% agreed with you on this one. I hope CB change their policy one day and become more picky about such actions against us, site was my favorite to work with, and this permanent ban is just heartbreaking.

To be honest, this topic didn't affect me directly. But given the number of people who suffer because of this, I feel there is potential danger for me. And I'm sure I'll end up in the same situation as you if I don't react in time.

I have already expressed my opinion on this in other threads, I don't want to look like spam, so I am thinking about creating a separate post to discuss this issue.
