I know it's been less than 12 hours since I've submitted my follow up to ticket#: 23917335
but I'm having panic attacks over it. Could you please help me?

@punker barbie I have additional questions related to my ban. I responded to the initial ticket (#23917335) this week after CB Support responded to me a few weeks ago. Are you able to see if CB Support has received my latest messages? Or should I have created a new email/ticket for these new questions? Thank you for your help.

@punker barbie Sorry, I don't mean to spam you. But I see you've responded to other people so I'm wondering if you've missed me? Could you help me? I understand I need to wait in the queue but I'm not sure if my messages responding to my ban went through. Do I need to make another ticket?

I don't want to respond to my email because I saw it pushes it back to the queue. I just noticed the image in the screenshot I included. I swear I'm an idiot and I'm really trying to change

@punker barbie Sorry, I don't mean to spam you. I'm following up because it's been a week. I know I have to wait my turn for the additional question/text I asked on my support ticket (Ticket #23917335) via email reply to be addressed. I just don't know if they went through or not, especially because I think it was previously closed (I received an automated feedback request email on the ticket). I'm also worried if I send another email outside of the initial chain it's going to push my wait time longer.

Could you confirm if you see the additional messages on my ticket or if I have to submit a whole new email?

Thank you, I appreciate your help. I also apologize for how convoluted my support email messages are, I could have asked it in a more simple way. I've found a therapist that will take me on in the new year so I can function better.
