Ban on CB since 4 weeks for a funny couple

Hello,
We are having fun with my GF since 2 years on chaturbate, no idea why but our account was banned 3 or 4 weeks ago. We have been really surprised because we did not do anything special, did not have any clash with anybody and the people watchin seems to be quite happy .
so I am writing there because it seems that it is impossible to get an answer or feedback form CB support. no possibility to even get our TK back
Can anybody help on that ?
