Arghhh first warning! Help!

Had a bit of an interesting night last night, had my girls over for drinks, both of them are curious about camming and were considering starting up, so after a few drinks I suggested coming online for them to see what it was like! Anyway we stayed on for a few hours, had a total laugh, didn't do anything more than kissing and a bit of flashing. Was all pretty innocent.
I had no idea Myfreecams took non models on cam so seriously! With all the other rule breaking on the site that they seem to totally ignore, it's so hard to tell what they take seriously! Anyway I got a warning message in the morning saying that I need to send them my guests model usernames. Oops...

Sent them a very apologetic message asking if they sign up, send their ids in etc if they'd possibly let me off with a warning.

What do you guys think? I have no idea how seriously they take this! I don't think it's not a big enough violation that they'll kick me off the site as it was my first time etc, but I'd really rather they didn't fine me the 10000 tokens me and the girls made!

Also, does anyone know what rules they do/don't take seriously?! It's too difficult to keep up!!

I think they'll ban model accounts for having a child on cam, as they should.

The penetration in public chat is against the rules, but we all know (hell, even MFC knows) that these shows take place frequently on a daily basis. If some lawsuit were to come about, I believe MFC would terminate that model in a heartbeart, and they'd say "Well, our site rules clearly state 'no penetration in public chat', and that model disobeyed our rules."

I know of a cam girl who was fined $100 (2,000 tokens) on MFC for advertising another cam site on her profile, and they threatened to ban her if she did it again.

I think they take this so seriously because they have no idea who these other women are, and if they are of legal age.

Wow, you got to keep the tokens too? That's awesome!

Perhaps your very good reply made them lenient - because why would you instantly offer that the girls sign up and send IDs if there was anything fishy? The rule is to keep underaged girls off the site, and if they were not old enough you wouldn't offer their IDs

Yeah I'm so glad so far they haven't pushed it further! I'm still really on edge about it because although they're saying the warning's off etc, and their reply was so chilled out I'm still worried that they're going to come back and steal my tokens! I can also still see the 'rule violations' thing come up, but if I click on it it says they can't find it, so I guess it's been deleted but is being slow.

this is the message I wrote when I woke up extremely hungover lol, pretty much just sucked up to them, it was a very innocent night though, we did a couple of flashes and kissing, but it was their first time so we didn't go any further:

Dear Myfreecams,

I am extremely sorry, I had two guests on camera, it wasn't planned, it was two of my friends who were thinking of signing up and were at my flat and wanted to have a look and see what it was like logged in. We ended up staying online longer than we meant to, but besides that we didn't break any other rules.

Both the girls are going to be signing up for myfreecams profiles and joining the site as they loved it so much.

This was my fault, I did know the rules but I didn't know this was a strong rule as so much of the other rule breaking on the site seem to always be ignored. I hadn't realised other girl appearances would be such a serious problem, but I understand that now.

Please I ask you that if my two friends sign up, sign your contract and send proof of their age before the end date that you won't punish me for this one. I promise that it will never happen again.

I don't know how seriously you take this, so I'm really hoping this is something you'll let me off with a warning.

I'm not entirely sure if I should make my friends sign up soon as just in case, but they didn't mention anything about it in the reply. They probably took one look at my long message and were like 'riiiiight.... lets just shut her up....'

Yeah I'd hope they'd ban if kids were on cam! ugh, makes me shudder! I'm just amazed that they even found out, they always seem to take such a back seat, it makes you think that they really do totally ignore all the stuff that happens, yet still know all about it! I have a feeling someone reported it to them though, a premium with a girls username came online and said something sniffy about it not being allowed to have non models in the room, so maybe that was it.

Having anyone else on cam, regardless of sex or age, usually requires that they have paperwork in just to cover the sites arse.

That's why I don't understand how the 'nude pizza delivery' shows are carried out by some popular models. To the letter of the law, the model would be banned or fined.

Considering your apologetic response and first time rule-breaking I expect they'll be pretty lenient. I suspect much of the time models know they're breaking rules and hence ignore any such warnings and/or continue to break them til they're banned - like those man-on-cam models who flat out say they don't care when members mention it's against the rules.
