ProjectMaenad was created by a cam model (shamefully, I can't remember her name), although I don't think she's cammed in quite awhile, and I don't know how much she's involved in the site's operations currently.
MyFetishCamGirls is owned and run by the model Sylvy Sinclair.
The guy who owns MyFetishLive claims that he's been a model and/or cammed with his girlfriend, but unlike the other people I've mentioned, I've never personally seen him on cam, and he doesn't exactly treat models like colleagues. Also, he's a guy so not exactly a women owned/run site.
BoleynModels is owned/run by the model Katy Boleyn and employs several other female models on staff. It's not a cam site, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if they ended up launching their own site of some kind, or at least a very comprehensive listing site, at some point in the future.

I don't think IWC is technically owned by a model but there has been rumors (not sure how true they are) that a big named femdom girl co-own's it or has very high $$ vested in IWC.

Also there has never been a mention of who it is, so if so I'd REALLY love to know!!!
