Three models I work with made large cashouts on the 12th and haven't yet seen the money in their bank accounts.
One of them emailed support@chaturbate.com, and got the response "We sent it out; talk to your bank if you don't see it." The bank says they have no record of it but said they could look up a transaction if CB could provide a tracking number for it. Support has not responded to that request.
Calls to the corporate number were met with "email Shirley." Hopefully she'll respond, but overall the lack of support here is prompting these models to consider other sites. This is their livelihood, and not everyone can afford to wait another two weeks for their rightfully-earned money.
