I recently began having issues(within the past week) where my favorited models are not refreshing at the top of the page like they used to do. What I mean is that when a model that is in my favorites list goes private, I normally leave the room and just hang out back on the main page until I get the update that they have finished the private, but recently I do not seem to be getting the updates like I should - that they have finished the private and are back in public chat. I have not changed anything in regards to my settings in my browser(Chrome) and I am at a loss as to why this is happening. I know that it is an updating issue because I have a few of the models in my Whatsapp and they sometimes message me when they see that I have left the room. I then tell them that I just choose to wait out the private until the page updates. They then tell me that the private was over with several minutes(usually 10-15 minutes) ago.

It seems they been messing with the site again lately. It may be a temporary thing because they are coming up with another useless update to the site.

I’ve been trying to stream and it’s cutting me off. No mic no cam. So annoying when I have service. 
The site has been messing up for a long time and they don’t fix it. It still shows members vanishing out the room when they are in reality still there. It’s now been going on since I joined the site three years ago or four idk. Told them many times. Never was fixed. I gave up

They never admit to any issue with connections. I always get told to go to some "troubleshooting" page and told my computer is the problem... not them. As I have stated before I have multiple monitors and can have a page in the same browser open in Chaturbate, Camsoda, and Stripchat and the only site that disconnects is Stripchat. What is even better is I can open 3 rooms on Stripchat, all windows from the same browser, one on each monitor and all 3 disconnect and reconnect simultaneously.

Yup, I was one of the models who complained about this very issue 3 or 4 years ago on this forum (and contacted SC about it), and I see they still haven’t fixed it. You would think they’d prioritize working on something like that before rolling out all of these new site features that benefit the members.

im so fed up with it.... i couldnt mobile stream at all and this happens every single time i try i have to be on my wifi for it to not do it... its insane perfect service then it shuts me off and says i lost connection and it does it over and over until i give up.. my cam scores is garbage becuz of these reasons as well.... no now no one sees me cuz of site fuck ups its insane

they still havent fixed the issue where it shows the member vanish out the room when they are still there then it will refresh them back in and out all the time when they never leave ive contacted years ago about it still never fixed they refuse to listen to us and fix the issues that are actually important....
