i am very upset and fed up that i seem to be getting nowhere,
i have been with chatubate for over 2 months now and have tokens ready to cash in as its my first time i emailed them in regards to checks sent in the uk as i can only see usa price to send checks which is $40.00.

i simply asked 2 questions on the 8th of june
1 what is the price to send a check to me in the uk
2 are they recorded delivery as my post is unreliable as there to roads with roughly the same name where some of post always goes too that if it is not recorded delivery what would happen if i dont receive the check (do i get a new one)
i have emailed since the 8th of June every couple of days as i still haven't had a reply from them
which i am getting suspicious of them now as to wither they payout,

confirming a little bit more suspicious behavior i logged into my account a hour ago to do a show to find i have been banned??????

i am deeply upset at the moment as all the hard work and showing my body for so far not a reply or payment and now a ban seems very wrong and i have no idea where to go or turn to as they have no phone number or anything

can someone here help

I've heard their usual support isn't always helpful. Try emailing Shirley@Chaturbate.com, include your model name, and see if maybe she's a bit more talkative.

its beyond helpful, no replys to my mail no phone number to phone them
as my first time ever camming i made a nice little amount which ive yet to get and it seriously has put me off camming again.

are there any sites uk based with live help or phone call help as there seems to be many models who have no problems camming and getting paid.
any advice welcome

I understand your frustration, but I wouldn't make any hasty decisions based on a SNAFU like this. Finding a site where you can attract traffic and revenue is harder than getting someone to reply to your emails, generally. Also, check your spam folder. You never know...
