I'm about to start streaming on twitch. Especially since I'm going to have my new graphics card and xsplit. It's gonna be boss. I know a few other models also stream on twitch and one of the high camscore girls on MFC at the moment is from twitch/YouTube.

I was wondering how it affected your customer base on either site. Like if you went from camming to twitch then is your entire fan base wanting you to get nude the whole time? That's what I'm worried about.
I actually knew @AmberCutie from twitch first and had no clue she was a model or even had this site. She kept everything very separated.

Eh I'm not really gonna mix the two. My guys on streamate are for femdom or very specific fetishes, and they only get geeky with me over computer hardware. Obviously I'm gonna get found out on twitch eventually, but it'll be a "not what this platform is for but cool thanks."

...except for the fact that my name was the same as my camming Twitter, which was linked directly on my Twitch page.
I had been camming on MFC for close to 6 years before I tried broadcasting on Twitch, and it was a "just for fun" thing with no intention of donations or partnership.
I'm not sure if it's been mentioned yet but ClaraKitty is a recent success on MFC who came from Twitch after being suspended there for overt sexiness.

I'm trying to figure put how I can display my game screen as well as me at the same time, however I'm concerned with rebroadcast or copyright issues by showing my video game screen, thoughts?
You're looking at getting a capture card if you're wanting to stream a console.

You then use a encoder like OBS on your Mac and put the capture source and your cam together then stream it to twitch.
If you change your mind, I can sort you out with some subtle but effective marketing. As an example...

They cited me for using pre-recorded video because I was playing a game on camera using manycams to stream me in the big screen and the game in the little screen. If you're on a different site I'd suggest emailing support asking if you'd be allowed first.

ClaraKitty, as mentioned by AmberCutie, has been very successful as both a Webcam model and a Twitch streamer. Her first day on MFC, many of her Twitch followers watched. I am planning on streaming on Twitch as well, but will be streaming under a different name than I use while webcam modeling. With this, I hope to keep identities separate...

I've streamed on Twitch quite a bit and for a while it was my main site. I love twitch but there is a reason why I stopped going on there:
- I couldn't totally be myself. Myself loves to tell dick jokes, sex jokes, talk about adult themed topics, and cuss constantly.
- The tipping culture there is WAY different than camsites. Begging for tips there is highly discouraged by the viewers and you could easily alienate people by pushing stuff too much. You have to get very creating in your tipping incentives and on-stream pushing for them. Most of my tips came from people I brought myself over from camsites.
- If you want to get partnered (which is really the only way to make real money) then say goodbye to all your other streaming sites and adult-oriented sites. Also getting a partnership is harder than my dick.
- You think the trolls on camsites are bad? lololololololololol
- You are potentially and probably streaming to children and you have to keep that in mind.
- They are ban happy and that being said...
- DO NOT, I REPEAT: DO FUCKING NOT MIX YOUR ADULT NAME WITH YOUR TWITCH NAME. Not only can you be banned but you could be bringing underage viewers back with you to adult sites and that's just fucked. New persona, trust me. The far majority of camgirls I've seen on twitch that used the same name and linked their adult twitters and such got banned with a quickness.

If you're on a Mac try using OBS. That's what I used to use on mine.
Lol the copyright issues involved in streaming games on a camsite deserves its own thread. XD
EDIT: just realized you're trying to stream from your ps4 to your mac to your site. Someone already mentioned a capture card but I use Steam to stream from my PC in the other room to my Mac (then I can also use OBS to stream online), it works for even for games not compatible with a Mac. I don't know if something like is possible on the PS4, I don't know shitall about consoles, but maybe!

Yep, In the past I started using twitch just for fun and I used to wear "normal" clothes haha I mean I didn't mean to be sexy or something like that and I found out that a lot of boys watched my stream but only because Im a girl (even if im not showing skin xDD) and they started to request, to say "compliments" and all this stuff.. it made me feel sooo uncomfortable, most of them were underage and annoying trolls or perverted guys... so i gave up. At first my stream was basically drawing fan art and playing videogames but after I found out that it is a LOT of time and effort to get viewers and money in paypal (IF you don't show skin) I just stopped streaming. Also I would like to add that I felt like if in Twitch you have to be someone else, you have to be always smiling, sexy,... and I found out that in CB or in general camming, you can be yourself!!! You don't have to desperately ask for attention and love. In CB you have people who really wants to see you because you are REAL (if they would like to see something fake or produced they would go to watch porn videos in brazzers) In CB i feel free, i don't have to fake anything, not even my orgasms!! aaaaand, the best part? you get money for that, you don't have to smile/dance/be sexy for FREE hoping for a dollar in Paypal... well that's my story haha
