So this is for a friend model on CB

There is this one user who is constantly harassing her, for something she was not wanting to do. Of course users can ask and you do what you can or willing to, or if its something you enjoy, etc. But if you don't want to, you just won't. He is just a attention seeker and has been banned on his main account. But is now constantly creating more accouns with usernames that are in form of a insult indirectly.

He has purposedly been able to give the 25 token minimum to give her profile a thumbs down, so far just twice. But this has been a situation for months. Even when blocking the region he is from. He knows the tricks in terms of evading that. She does ignore him and ban and I'll silence of course when I soon notice. The greys are not allowed to chat as well, just to prevent him from his constant insults.

Is there any way to deal with this situation somehow, to be more effective? Any tips on how to deal with this would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, this does happen sometimes, because some people become very weirdly obsessive about us.
I'm pretty sure most long term cam models have had it happen at least once or twice.

I would try reporting some of his accounts to support, because if he gets one account banned from the site, all the others will get closed too. Your friend should really be looking into this for themself though, but I think if you guys should try to involve CB support in the conversation. Perhaps you have some screenshots from crazy stuff he's done or said from one of the accounts? Then you might make some traction. Otherwise, when you suspect it's him again, act like you have no clue and bait him for a bit, until he says something harassing that you can get a screenshot of. But for the most part, take screenshots and log his behaviors, so you have proof. Anything to show support something, that makes it so it isn't your word against his only. Because he will lie, if confronted directly by authority figures.

It's really disappointing how ineffective the tools at the models disposal are in these kinds of circumstances.
In the end it depends on the site, and the individual support person you deal with. But sometimes you can escalate it to the very top, and still get no resolution. However, I've experienced more instances, where there has been resolution easier and quicker. I would imagine CB is probably fairly helpful with this.

From a tech pov, which might be what you are talking about, some of these sites are held together by chewing gum, a used bandaid, and a few pieces of tape though. If you dive beneath the surface, it's insane! As far as site functionality goes anyway (not talking about privacy stuff, just site features functionality) though. And I'm not referring to CB with that, but several of the others... omg! It's insanity!

I guess one of the problems for CB is the free nature of it. You can sign up without a credit card as a grey, making it impossible to ban the individual until such time as they commit a credit card to file that can be cross-referenced with already banned accounts. As a result, the harasser can just spin up endless grey accounts. Yes, you can stop the greys chatting but then you run the risk of locking out that member that could start grey then move onward and upwards.

I am wondering how many useracounts CB have.
This include inactive model accounts, banned accounts, troll accounts etc etc
You can only register a name once, and stays forever in the database.
I presume that CB never delete a account (name).

I posted this a while back:

I was playing with something the other day, its untested but in theory it should work. If you have adblocker plus go to options, advanced and add the following to my filter list:
chaturbate.com##div[class*="defaultUser"]

it should make it so greys are invisible to you

edit: yes even in the model list

Can give it a try to hide grey names if they are using the model list to harass the model. I haven't tested it well.
