Another ineligible query - ID correct but being denied

Hi guys,
I know this is probably going to be looked at as a pain in the bum and a not wanted query, but i cant get any help that seems correct via Chaturbate's submission process and im getting short on idea's.

Myself and my partner started an account and submitted our ID requests, mine appears to have passed (after failing repeatedly for some unknown reason - but none the less remedied), but my partners has not. Its presented us with the error 'Person Ineligible' even though next to the ID submissions , they (4 attempts) are all listed as 'approved'.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue with Paxum. Its bc I got a nose job and it wasn’t recognizing my face to my ID document. Very annoying. I hope you get it sorted out soon!
