I have been streaming on Chaturbate without any problems, but recently, my account has been blocked, and I can no longer go live. The platform is asking me to verify my age, even though my ID was already verified before.
To resolve this, I have re-submitted my ID and even provided my passport for verification. However, my account is still blocked, and I keep receiving the same request to verify my age. All my documents clearly confirm that I am over 30 years old, as I was born in 1995.
its still says that i have to review the pending issues below but i dont know how i cant find where i can do it
I have contacted support multiple times but have not received any response or solution. Please let me know if this issue can be resolved. If my account cannot be reinstated, kindly inform me so I can delete it permanently. This is not a professional way to handle a client’s issue, and I would appreciate a clear response as soon as possible.
