Hello, I've been trying to get going on CB but im having trouble getting my partner verified. The verification process refuses to accept a picture of the back of her ID. It takes the front and the selfie just fine but never the back of the ID. I was able to upload my ID and selfie with no issues and got verified right away. I have tried emailing CB support, they replied once asking for screenshots and pictures which i provided right away but i have not heard back from them since. @punker barbie can you assist?
