Age verification gets denied over and over

Hi,

I can't get through the age verification stage, having the same 'selfie was blurry...' issue as many people before as I've seen.

I've sent an email and a support ticket as well, I don't know where I can find the ticket identifier but my username is 'larinadark'.

I'd highly appreciate some help or guidance on how to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
