my account with a name ashley_devine was banned without reason. in a 24 hours 1 11 i ve got an answer from support that i had a banned person document on my account an i have to understand that if this person appear on my account it willl be banned forever. I told that i a not in any comtact with this person and just by mistake forgot to delete a documents they said i have to confirm that i understood and suspencion will be delete but 2 days passed there is not response yet what can i do to get my account faster. Thank u i get a new account alreaady to say honestly passed verification i just dont want start streaming because i am hoping to get an old one with subscribers. And i understood and i will delete all other documents because i just forgot to do it.
