Hi! My account was linked to a studio account, and tokens were transferred there weekly. However, we've recently faced issues with both accounts getting blocked (the model's and the studio's). Although we managed to resolve this issue, now the studio account is asking us to reupload our documents (before the unblock, it simply said "banned"). We're worried that if we reupload them, we'll get banned again. We're unsure whether the banning process is still ongoing and why only the model account has been unblocked while the studio account requires us to resubmit documents.
What's our best course of action to avoid making things worse? Why there are issues with documents if accounts were banned for another reason? What if we reupload the documents and a Stripchat specialist notices that we were previously blocked and decides to block us again? We've already spent an entire month trying to get unbanned, and we don't want this issue to cause the same problem all over again.
