Account suspended

Hello , my name is ReynaRaven on stripchat , and today i got an email after 15 minute almost since i was offline that my account was suspended untill 6 march for reason of hate speech that someone reported me , how can i make a speech of hate beeing offline ?
I have an idea of a slave in pm who tried to initiate a talk of me haiting Indian people he asked me "you have something against indian people?", and i said straight "nothing and i dont care about you either" amd i banned him.
He came in my room calling me a bitch and a racist , i did not respond i muted , banned and reported.And now i get this beeing offline ?
I have almost 4 years on the site only with a warning for leaving to toilet without stopping the stream....
I even refuze the "n" word in pvt shows because it makes me uncomfortable....
Can you please help me Stella_SC?

@Stella_SC i even made an appeal and they wont lift my suspension even if i did nothing wrong please help me

I can see that you appealed your case, which was the correct thing to do, but unfortunately your appeal was unsuccessful. Regrettably, I am unable to assist you.
Please note that the fact that you were offline when you received the suspension is irrelevant as both a report and an investigation can occur at any time.

Your suspension will remain in effect until March 6. After this, you are able to broadcast again.

Yes you need to be extremely careful with your words on SC, they are hyper sensitive to even swearing like most adults do on occasion.
