Got logins & transaction alerts in phone as 2 step verification is enabled.. Tokens got purchased and value got deducted from card which is a worry.. Previous night account was fine.

Don't understand, when and where did Support team respond. Been waiting anxiously for reply for sometime now .. Check and provide the detail response to the query...

Thing is they haven't done anything.. Haven't provided any response other than automated one and no solution to the issue .. Been waiting for so long now and they say they can't assist further without providing anything..
