Account studio banned

Hello! @punker barbie. I have a situation here. my studio account jamesx10x was banned without a reason on friday and until now we havent received any kind of answer to my email. my models still woriking as normal. the problem is that im not able to register new ones and I can not monetize weekly as I need. Please help!!

Hello @punker barbie thanks for your help. today I have the same news, we were banned again. the last time we had to wait for around 5 days and we were unbanned, we never received an answer with a reason for this. today we have the same problem and we dont want to wait for so long. im really worry because this problem affects payments, model register etc. sorry i if write to soon but i need to clarify the situation.. thank you su much
