account got banned, chaturbate dont reply

I filled out the form and sent them multiple emails but i still didnt get any answer from the site. My username pocahontas00000 i have 17000tokens on my accoult, and i believe i didnt break any rules, im new on the site so maybe i did a mistake during my streams but i after i reed the tems &condition i still dont know what kind of rules i broke, i just waiting a reply but the email and the form were sent 2+ weeks ago. I have heard maybe here is a CB support member who can help me figure out and got some reply about my case. Thanks
