account closed and suspicious activity

I haven't been on Streamate in while and today I went to sign into my account and my password didn’t work. So I used forgot password and I never received an email. Then I searched "streamate" in my email attached to streamate and saw this email two months ago from streamate saying that my email was used to try and make a second account. I never tried to make a new account. I also never deleted my account. But my performer account is no longer listed on streamate. I have no other emails from SM. I was with a dailypay studio.. Should I reach out to Liz? Was hoping to use SM this week and have no clue what's going on.
