Almost a month and a half ago I was blocked without explanation. Having contacted support, they sent me a link for re-verification - as they had doubts about my age. But the documents were rejected time after time, then I uploaded my international passport, but they continued to reject the documents. After some time, I received a message - my account is in a permanent ban.
From now on, when I log into the account, I see the verification page, but no matter how many documents I upload, they are rejected
Any ideas how to solve this problem? Or has anyone experienced something similar?
