Account blocked

Hi , i was live last night in isolated personal bedroom alone with my id “TANIYA_AAH” today in morning as well i didn't streamed but logged in but now when i login i can see saying Account blocked

And i am 100% confident no one ever unregistered person ever showed on my live stream i am not sure why it has been blocked can you share as i have all recordings of my stream and i can proof , so i just need to know on which day based on which this decision has made

Please help as i have my 3 kids education rely on this platform and i have nothing to do apart from this as i am not educated .. please help

You are welcome to reply to Support's last email to you and ask to appeal their decision.

Thanks stella for guidance . I have asked my studio to do same , i have one more query as i remember when i finished my last stream my token balance deducted to 0 as usual for weekly payout and processed . Now my studio is saying i will not get any payment despite it has been processed for payment is this true or my studio is trying to Trick me ? In case trying to trick me what action i can take against my studio if they dont provide me the payment for what i have earned in whole week .

We send all payments to your studio. From there, your studio is responsible for paying each model their fair share. Unfortunately we do not control the payout percentage that each studio provides to their models.
