Hello, my account, ChrispyBacon31 was blocked. It of course says they emailed the reason as to why, but I did not receive an email. I believe I'm looking in the right email, I have a few throwaway emails so unfortunately I'm not 100% sure, I can't specifically remember which one I used, my stripchat account is about 2 and half years old. Is there a way to have them send the reason of why I was blocked to another email if I provide it for them?

Issue resolved, I found which email. Just a 2 day ban for a reason I think isn't true but 2 days isn't something to fight support over about. Thank you for the reply

I can see that your suspension is only for 24 hours and will be over tomorrow (Feb 20). Once the suspension is lifted, you will be able to change the email address on your account and then successfully communicate with our Support team.
