I'm reaching out to the community for assistance. My account annie_1tsuki has been blocked, citing "identification with conflicting data" as the reason.
I have always provided truthful information corresponding to my official documents. It's possible the blockage is related to creating a second account (annie_leonhart1) solely to write a message to support, as my previous inquiries went unanswered for five months.
I did not use the second account for streaming or any violations, only to send a message to support. I understand this might be seen as a rule violation and am willing to take steps to rectify the situation.
I would appreciate any help, advice, or information the community can provide.
