I tried topping up my tks yesterday but my card was declined (first time my card was declined on the platform). I was then prompted to verify with some documents to proof ownership which I was getting ready to do. However I later tried logging in to complete that verification and I get prompted my account is blocked and that I've been mailed any other reasons for that. In my mail it says I've violated section 10 with talks about privacy and security. How does that link to my account being blocked/suspended?
All previous purchases with my account ever since I created it hasn't been declined ever so why this decline alone for the first time leading to my account being suspended/blocked?
