account block with unfair reason

my model account name was RTX771, my account get blocked, and the reason they gave is that 'We noticed underage person(s) on camera and/or you talking about them inappropriately.', but i am living alone there is no child in my apartment, during live a indian serial was playing on tv, in tv children were playing, The AI of stripchat misunderstand that, and blocked my account, i requested to support team but they are not unblocking my account they blocked my mail id too, if you have my broadcast recording they plz see again, you will saw the truth, there is no child its just a TV voice, plz help me for unblocking my account @Stella_SC @xChloe

I could be mistaken, but, I don't think that's how the automated-program works. I think it has to do with visually / has to detect another human, on screen, not via audio. (A ton of posts about unverified users being detected by the bot, on-screen.) Can anyone confirm?

i don;t know how this is work, but i am living alone , and a serial was playing on tv, and that time account get blocked, that's it, i am not lying, i am requesting to support team plz check my broadcast again
