I'm writing here for the reason that my account was banned 7 days ago. I was just uploading a photo for the fun club, but CB got me automatically banned this is what appeared on the profile the moment I got banned "Your cam has been blocked as a result of concerns regarding compliance with our terms and conditions. Please note that we have zero tolerance for underage participation on our platform or any failure to comply with applicable law. If you believe this action is in error, you may appeal this block by sending us age verification at https://chaturbate.com/accounts/age_verification/.If you have any questions or concerns relating to your account, please feel free to contact us at support@chaturbate.com. The first thing I did was to email CB support and ask to enlighten me of what is the reason behind why my account was banned. If it was an error on there end or if I made mistakes while uploading or during my previous streams, I really apologized to admin support if I had done those stuffs and before that happened, I was able to be streamed. It's been a week since I got banned and I uploaded again my Identification cards for age verification, and it says I'm already a verified performer. I still have unclaimed tokens on my account, but okay if I can't get my token back as long as I can get my account unban and CB will give me a chance to have the ability to broadcast again. This is my only source of income it really made me felt so down and broke I don't know what to do. If CB will allow me to stream and work again, I can still work out with my tokens and promise to be more careful and mindful with my actions next time. Hope you can help and enlighten me with regard this matter, and if there's still a chance for me to stream again? because I'm still hoping. :'(
