Hello I am working on SC from last 6 months and I never break Any rules of SC.
but 2 days back I created a studio account with the kyc document. Then within a minute my model account is got blocked and showing me kyc auto rejected.
Then I re-upload my kyc document in model account then I got a mail that they can't accept my application as someone created a account before and that account was permanently banned.
Support team just send me that this was our higher management decisions we can't lift your account banned.
Is this a solution? What was my fault in this matter?
