Account banned

Hi @punker barbie , I have heard you are a supporter from CB. I had an active account jgdrjekyll in CB for a few years from now with no problem and suddenly it became banned like 10 days ago, and I don’t know why and I haven’t receive any response from the support team yet.
I created a new one, jekyll460, and as soon as I bought tokens it became banned too.

Please help me,I would like to know what I did wrong to avoid doing it again and recover my account.
