Good morning all!
I registered a new account on CB the other day and it was approved and verified, but after a couple days (without going online), I logged into the account it said that it was currently banned.
I opened a support ticket, but there hasn't been a reply yet.
Is someone able to assist with information on the ban? I do have a suspicion that it was the way I verified. I think I had previously setup and account since the photo that appeared wasnt the newly submitted one, but this time it was night so I thought I'd use a photo I already had since the lighting wasn't working
needless to say, I should have just waited for the morning.
I'd just like to redo the verification properly
