My account was banned, no response from support in a week. Today I sent another message to support (through the form on chaturbate), and I am very afraid that they will not answer anything again. I have worked very long and hard on this account, and would never risk breaking the rules. Plus, my room was banned at a time when I wasn't online. I didn't have any warnings, I didn't get a message in my email with the reason for the ban. I think this is a mistake, and I really hope to get it resolved. I only get automatic replies, so I can't give a ticket. My nickname on chaturbate is code_003

Hi @punker barbie , I still haven't received any response from Chaturbate support (the last automated response was on 1 December 2023). I realise that chaturbate sees no point in replying to me, but I believe the blocking was a mistake, I didn't break any rules. This is very important to me as this was my main job and I have laboured on this site for a very long time. My subscribers are asking what happened and they are really looking forward to when I can stream again. All I can hope for is your help. Could you remind the support of me, if you have that opportunity?
(should I ask my subscribers to write to support asking them to unblock me?). Thank you

its more a waiting game once they send out the automated email to you. Having others email CB wont help. The cb account holder is the only one they will reply to.

Yeah, but I've been waiting for at least a month now, it's crazy weird. Judging by this forum and various chats, I should have gotten a email with the reason for the ban - I didn't, or a email saying that the ban is permanent and they won't be responding to me anymore. But I got nothing but an automatic response "One of our customer service specialists will be in touch shortly", absolutely. I don't want to accept being banned for nothing, I've spent too much time on this site.

Hi @punker barbie , support still hasn't responded to me, is this normal? Even judging by this forum, people get answers within a couple of weeks. They didn’t even send me a letter saying that they would no longer respond to me (which makes me twice as sad). Should I wait and hope, or can you once again ask them to pay attention to my appeal? Or should I send them another email? I think they just forgot about me :( Thank you :h:

I haven't received a single reply, not even that this ban is permanent and that I shouldn't write to support anymore, much less I haven't gotten an answer as to what the reason for the ban is. If its that bad I would reflect, there must be a major violation or you are not responding from the account email. And yea I just got warnings again, i shut down after 1 warning but still got banned, fortunately support replied right away, and I feel you no other site works as well but they are also so strict for some of us, I guess its ai.

The longest I ever waited was on xmas I got banned for the hotel menu volume being on 1 but never in picture, I kept writing each warning and asking what it was before I got wise to how miniscule it could be, and got banned while blowing up, no response from 10am until the next morning but it was xmas. If its that bad I would reflect, there must be a major violation or you are not responding from the account email. And yea I just got warnings again, i shut down after 1 warning but still got banned, fortunately support replied right away, and I feel you no other site works as well but they are also so strict for some of us, I guess its ai.
I think even if it was a serious offense, they would write something like "you are permanent forever, don't write here anymore" (even judging by the experience of other models on this forum). Yes, I definitely check the right email, I've been getting payment reports and autoresponses there since the ban (last autoresponse was December 1). Maybe my email just got lost because of the holidays, I don't know, that's why I'm asking here if I should write to them again. And there is a big line between strictness and fairness, and I think I deserve some kind of response, at least to hear the reason, if there is one at all. I'm not even given the opportunity to challenge the blocking, even though I've devoted several years of my life to this site, I don't have another job because I spent all my time streaming on CB

No worries, no offense at all I know sometimes since I have multiple emails, sometimes they didn't respond and the only reashon was due to the wrong email being selected in reply to theirs...just a longshot but they have been amazing support to me every time I faced a ban I am sorry you are going through this it is stressful I know. I hope they reply to you.
