Account banned

Dear Stripchat Team/Forum,

I already wrote Support and Elle ( the german Stripchat account manager) on this a couple fo days ago, my account was banned (it states forever?) while I wasn't even online for accepting other payment, which I cannot remember doing so. As Stripchat is my only source of income and I am pregnant / soon to care for a baby by myself, it is very urgent to me to have the account activated again. I have been a loyal model with Stipchat for 4 (!!!) years now. It would be awesome, if Charlie could have a look into this. as supoort seems to take forever to look into my issue...thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to me, I certainly do feel for your personal situation.

I have looked into your case but unfortunately, as our Support team has already advised, your account has been suspended for breaching our rules; offering shows outside of the platform and requesting payments off our site. These are very serious violations, hence the suspension is permanent and our decision is final.

Please note, we do not suspend models lightly without a thorough investigation, and we only suspend once we have evidence at hand.
