Account banned without any warning

Good afternoon, I've been banned without any warning i have been emailed chaturbate support but i havent got any response for a weeks now and im desperately need my account back. ive been camming for Chaturbate for 6 yers and it has been my main income since then and im struggling to pay bills and rent atm.

i know the reason why i got banned since they replied to me when i asked why i got banned and im really sorry for breaking the rules but i thought it was ok since i was doing a private room show with my client and no one was watching or spying us i would have never done this on room full of people so please im begging to give me a second chance and consider the time ive been working for this company and havent broken any rules until now. i can promise you i will never do this again. this account its my main income and i really need it back im really satrugling. i hope u can help me

You agreed to breaking the rules in private cause you didnt think they applied there, only public basically. The TOS wording im sure states THE SITE. Which would be ANYWHERE while logged in, public, private, PM etc
Anything is possible depending on the violation, but chances are permanent ban is just that & time to move onto another site.

i completely agree with you, i was being stupid and though a private room password would be ok. i just think a warning would have been more fair and less harsh closing an account that has been working for them for almost 6 year.

i have a friend that got 3 warnings before ban him for life for doing weed like a year ago. so why am i getting so badly punished like this? not fair at all.
so yes lets say i was doing weed? we went to a pvt room show to do it properly he was also paying in tokens so.

this job was my main income for so many years. loved doing shows and interacting with my viewers, gone in 2 seconds? come on guys have more sympathy for your members especially with the ones that have been with you for so long

TOS is there for a reason, and ANYTHING listed can get ya banned or a warning. Some obviously take priority, hence warnings, suspensions & bans. Its their adult site & we agree to follow their rules, if someone breaks ANY of them, just assume your gonna get banned then not warned if caught & not get away with it cause it was an accident or whatever.

As for your weed comment, DRUGS & BOOZE are not allowed on many & can get you a warning or ban. Its their call what level they wanna go. Not everything is legal in all parts of the world or right to do while streaming live on an adult webcam site.
