Account banned with no explanation

Hi @punker barbie I hope you're well. I was wondering if you could help me. My CB account was recently banned with no explanation. Minutes before this happened, I purchased a fair amount of tokens.
My username is chris_caps and the email associated with the account is chrisigreen@live.com. Any help with either recovering the account or the money I spent on unusable tokens would be much appreciated.
