I'm of the account Jayson254. My account was banned this morning, claiming I had violated some of the terms and conditions. Kindly note that one user this morning came to my room and began talking about child pornography and telegram. I immediately reported the message and banned the user. A few minutes later, my account was banned despite taking the required measures to keep him off my room. Kindly help me get it back. I'm yet to receive any response from support. I will appreciate so much. Thank you
