Account banned then unsuspended

I had been banned then I made a ticket regarding why was I banned and if i can get back in I received my response from them yesterday saying if I responded saying I understand and that I wouldn’t do it again (abusive role play is what got me banned) just him making marks on my ass, but I responded back to them and today I got a reply saying

“thank you for your confirmation, your suspension has been lifted” but when I log on it is still showing banned account. @punker barbie

If you read you would’ve seen I got a reply saying “account suspension has been lifted” doesn’t hurt to ask someone that may have more knowledge hence why I tagged Barbie, I didn’t tag you did I?
