Account banned (stuff I haven't actually done)

Hi there, my account (forum nickname and CB is the same one im using). Been banned for a thing that I have never done or plan to do so (Not my type stuff!)

The ban reason is:

• "Goatse" or gaping displays are prohibited. This includes anal prolapsing or imagery inside the anus or vagina.

Actually the moment I got it my live were running but not actually streaming there were nothing but me saying ill brb (was plan to get quick shower)
I have no idea why I got this ban I am new user over there and im not doing such stuff in my lives. Is there anything to do specially if I haven't done those stuff?
