Account Banned on CB

My account was banned on 27.02.2024
I am not a model. I am user. Don't know why I was banned?
I am an exemplary user, and I didn't violated any terms of use. At least that I know.
I didn't get any ticket. Just auto email response.
And I still have many tokens (5000) on my account that I bought!

Have you had previous usernames banned by CB? It is possible they have connected a previous username that was banned

I am not saying that this is true just an explanation of why you are not seeing a recent reply

Because judging by the ticket number the reply would have been about a year ago. New ticket numbers start with #232*****
