Account banned from Chaturbate after buying tokens

Hi @punker barbie My Chaturbate account got banned today, I believe the reason for the suspension is that I uploaded my ID files for age verification without realizing it is only for broadcasters. I also do not intend to broadcast on Chaturbate. Can you please help me to solve this problem and let me know the reason? Because I want to ensure I can use the tokens I purchased with no risk. If you have uploaded documents, this does not oblige you to broadcast. But you can do so if you want in the future.
I think the problem is something else. Have you already written a letter to the support service?

Did you create your account before you turned 18 or 21 (in some places)?

Have you had any other accounts that have been banned? CB bans people not accounts. I'm also starting to think that CB automatically bans an account that uploads an ID until an actual person can verify the ID. That is just a working theory, but it seem to happen to alot of models.
