Account banned for no reason

Hello there!

I am a long time CB user.
I have bought a lot of tokens already and never had any problems so far.

All of a sudden my account got banned.
I don’t know why.
The problem is that there are still 1000 tokens on it which I would not want to get wasted that way.

Is it this one ? I got that from the bottom of an auto reply email from my support request

Same happened to me this morning, I am a model since 2016 and I did nothing wrong. Not sure if this is a bug in their automatic ban system. It is really annoying.
