Hello @punker barbie . I got a response from the support that I have been permanently banned. The reason for the ban was that I helped a banned user to convert tokens. I strongly believe that they made a mistake. I contactrd the support requesting the name of the user (banned user I helped) but the responce was that I am banned. I am ready to provide all required documents to prove my innocence. All models who tipped me are age verified. I have never received tokens from a banned person. Moreover it's not even possible to tip when banned.
I was requesting if there is a chance I can withdraw the available balance. I am very frustrated. I am ready to comply, I will provide any document required to prove my innocence. All models who tipped me are age verified and not banned. Please @punker barbie help me talk to the support. From the screenshot I sent earlier confirm that they wrote the account that was accesed by the banned user is lovely_candy20 and not my account sexyasset1. The two accounts are not linked.
