Account banned due to concerns ID verification

Hi, I’ve been streaming on Chaturbate for 4 years under model name british_brin.
My account was banned without warning on Sunday stating concerns that I’m not meeting terms and conditions and I need to verify my age to get my cam unblocked. I’ve used their authentication system over 100 times sending my ID and it keeps coming back as invalid upload. I’ve been emailing support since Sunday and haven’t had any response.
I’m a single mum, with a 5 year old with additional needs and this is my only source of income. I’m going to have to sell my watch to get some money to live on- this is a stressful mess. Please can you help? Thanks

It is possible that the system is reading your personal satisfaction incorrectly. For example, my passport is valid until 2035 But the system marks it as 2026.I noticed this by accident.
Is your account blocked (you don't have access to funds), or are you restricted from broadcasting?
