Hi @punker barbie my account have been banned from a misunderstanding, I provide all the documents which was requested by support in order to add my GF, I added her ID and a selfie, then they asked for a passport or a driving license, I provide the driving license also and since then no specific answer on why I get that ban and how I can fix it.
On the account I have 4k tokens, if you help me I can donate 1k of them.
