Account banned after age verification

Hello @punkerbarbie it’s been a long time since I’ve posted here. I’m still wondering and still hoping is there still a chance to lift a permanent banned account. I know it’s been a year since my account got permanently banned but I still don’t understand why I got banned in the first place. I submitted my id for the age verification. I did everything the support asked me to do. I even provided a screenshot/proof that I’ve changed the email that is associated with my account. Please help me I really want to get my account back and start streaming again. Hoping for your expertise and your kind help.

Ps. I haven’t created a ticket yet because of the note from the last email they’ve sent me.

Hello again @punkerbarbie thank you for the response! The last email that I have received from the support was only this one. I wrote back to them but they have never response nor explained/provided me with a detailed response cause there was no response after that. Is there still a chance to recover my account? Is it a YES or NO? If yes, I am humbly asking for your kind help and expertise on this matter. Can you please walk me through with the steps that I should do. Please let me know the answer @punkerbarbie if this is dead end or should I just stop here?

I am going to go with "NO". Reread that email a few times. In particular the bits about "permanent ban" and "very likely not to respond to emails". Take as much time as you need, but it is time to move on.
