So my account got randomly banned, I literally can not think of anything I did that would of caused it.

I'm not a model so thought it was weird for the age verify but its the only thing hinting at anything, so I did it. Its gone through and been approved for weeks now but no change in access to my account.
I also emailed support as soon as it happened, I'm not frequent with support as I usually haven't had any issues. But the few times I have its always been with in 48hrs to hear back. Its been a month and a half though and I haven't heard a thing. I did the the auto response but thats it. I'm really at a loss here. I've seen some others mention something about a ticket number but I don't even see that on the auto response.
